Marketing Content Manager

We are seeking a fashion marketing superstar to grow and maintain our social networks. As the content marketing manager, you will own running ads, drive traffic and engagement that translates to sales and brand promotion, measure results of marketing activity, update social networks and curate content to gain new followers in the women's fashion industry. You will also build brand recognition and manage all published company content. Working with Shopify and web analytic tools to track campaign progress and researching industry trends, maintaining an active social presence and reply to customer inquiries. A successful content marketing manager will collaborate with the creative director to align company aesthetics, messages, promotions, and goals.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Develop and implement social media brand strategies, campaigns, and plans to build brand/company awareness
- Oversee day-to-day management of paid campaigns and ensure brand consistency
- Create, maintain, and grow social networks, including Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest
- Manage company blog and editorial calendar that aligns with social updates
- Monitor social media progress using web analytic tools
- Incorporate optimization strategies, analyze data, and research the best ways to increase traffic
- Plan and implement paid social media advertising strategies and budget
- Drive engagement by recruiting and managing social media influencers
- Resolve customer issues through social media
- Research new media platforms, trends, and industry opportunities


    Requirements and Qualifications

    - 1-3 years of social media analytic experience in the fashion industry 
    - 1+ years of experience with Facebook Ads Manager and Pinterest Ads 
    - Must know Shopify analytics
    - Must have previous experience working in the fashion industry
    - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    - Bachelor’s degree in marketing, PR, or related field
    - Knowledge of Google Analytics
    - Experience with technologies and best practices for web design, web production, and creative design across multiple platforms is a plus
    - Experience identifying and creating campaigns for target audience
    - Excellent analytical and time-management skills

        This position is full-time with operational hours Monday – Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Position is located in Sandy, Utah.
